Unlike traditional SaaS utility platforms that upload your sensitive documents, images, and API keys to third-party cloud servers:
- PDF Manipulation: Merging, splitting, compressing, and editing occur directly in browser memory using WebAssembly and client-side JavaScript.
- Developer Tools: JSON formatting, regex checking, hashing (SHA-256, MD5), and base64 conversions happen entirely on your machine.
- Image Editing: Cropping, resizing, and format conversions execute within your local canvas buffer.
- Financial & Math Calculations: All mortgage, tax, and formula computations calculate instantaneously without external network calls.
3. Local Storage Usage
Mobiflix may use your browser's standard localStorage or sessionStorage solely to remember non-identifying user interface preferences, such as:
- Your preferred currency symbol in financial calculators (e.g. USD, EUR, GBP, INR).
- Your chosen measurement system in unit converters (Metric vs. Imperial).
- Recent history or draft inputs kept strictly on your local machine for your convenience.
You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings by clearing local site storage.
4. Cookies & Third-Party Integrations
Mobiflix does not use invasive tracking cookies. We may use standard performance analytics (e.g., privacy-friendly aggregated metrics) to understand total visitor counts and popular categories to help us prioritize new tool development.
